new store openings month-by-month. Heron Foods offers the opportunity to work within a friendly supportive environment. We are now
looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to join our busy finance team.




The Role

In this role you will support the Financial Controller in managing various admin processes and assist the wider finance team as
needed. A key part will be to support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in maintaining our compliance under GDPR UK regulations.




You will be responsible for:

* Monitoring the DPO inbox and logging Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR).
* Requesting CCTV from stores and liaising with IT regarding redactions before releasing.
* Liaising with various departments to obtain the necessary information to fulfil DSARs.
* Administering new company credit card applications, monitoring limits and advising on portal queries.
* Admin around obtaining utility meter readings from stores and updating the register.
* Administering new fuel and hotel card applications.
* Providing cover for updating the Fixed Asset log spreadsheet as required.
* Providing cover and support within the AP team as required.
* Providing cover and support for other team members or departments as required.

* Organised individual with excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication skills both verbally and via email at all levels.
* Confident user of basic and intermediate Excel functions.
* Enthusiasm to learn and support other team members.
* Ability to work within a team.
