Summary
Develop and grow as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker with Swanton Community Services team.
You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role.
We are looking for a positive behaviour support workers to join Swanton.
Experience in PBS would be beneficial however, you will receive in-depth in-house training and support within your role.
This role is dedicated to delivering positive, person-centred outcomes for adults and young people with complex care needs who rely on our services.

Encouraging - promoting independence where possible & enabling service users to thrive
Supporting - every aspect of daily life needs your full attention: personal hygiene, mealtimes, mobility, social activities, finances and more
Communicating - effectively communicate using people’s chosen methods
Engaging - promoting physical & emotional motivation to enhance daily life
Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches
Monitoring - keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
Team player - contributing to a well organised and effective service
Your proven experience…
Health and social care, with a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with service users, their circle of support and colleagues
Effective verbal and written communication
Good IT skills
