If you’re looking for a role that offers regular hours, minimal physical handling, and full support from day one, this is the perfect opportunity for you at XPO Hanson depot in Nuneaton.
What We Offer:
• Pay Rate: £15.49 per hour on Days, £17.49 per hour on nights (PAYE, holiday pay accrued separately)
• Reliable Hours: Monday to Friday, with consistent shifts each week throughout the year
• Early Starts: Typically starting around 05.00
• Shift Length: Average of 10-12 hours per day
• Minimal Load Handling: You’ll be delivering building materials with minimal interaction with the load. Your duties will include undoing curtains and strapping/unstrapping at the delivery points – no heavy lifting required.
• Full Induction & Training: Comprehensive induction and training will be provided to ensure you're comfortable and safe on the job from day one.

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
