Summary
Elite Personnel is hiring 2 Part-Time Customer Service Advisors for a well-established client based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment and are committed to providing exceptional customer care – without the pressure of sales or cold calling.
Type: Temporary – 12-week contract
1x Monday to Friday: 2 PM – 6 PM
1x Monday to Friday 8am -12pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound customer queries with professionalism and care
Fast and accurate data entry
Navigating multiple systems while delivering high-quality service
Working within a dynamic call centre setting – teamwork and pace are key!
What We're Looking For:
2 candidates ready to start immediately
Able to commit to the entire 12-week duration
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Previous customer service or call centre experience ideal but not essential – full training provided
