Summary
Female Waking Night Support Worker - WR5 (Worcester Area)
Location: WR5 (Just a 20-min walk from Worcester Foregate Station)
Pay: £12.64 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, ideally seeking 40 hours)

Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting people to live fulfilling lives?We're looking for Female Waking Night Support Workers to join our team in WR5, providing person-centred care to five amazing individuals with learning disabilities and additional health needs.
About the RoleYou'll work in a vibrant, supportive environment where every night matters. Our team supports five individuals aged 20s to 60s, each with unique personalities and interests. Some use wheelchairs, require hoisting, and three receive PEG feeding (training provided). You'll also assist with medication administration, including insulin injections and epilepsy protocols.
What Will You Be Doing?- Ensuring Safety: Conduct regular checks to ensure residents' well-being throughout the night
- Promoting Rest: Provide emotional reassurance to help maintain healthy sleeping patterns
- Night Support: Assist with personal care needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and clothing changes
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents
Shift Patterns- Waking Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
