Summary

Pay: £12.35 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Position: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Burghfield Common, RG7 (Just a 3-min drive from Willink Leisure Centre)
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (Manual)

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll support 4 amazing ladies and 2 gents, aged 50s to 80s, in a shared supported living home. They have learning disabilities, autism, Down syndrome, and complex needs.

Their Interests Include:

- Music & Dance: Regular visits from a music man and dancing the day away

- Creativity: Crafting necklaces, solving jigsaw puzzles, and arts & crafts

- Outdoor Fun: Cinema trips, nature walks, and social outings

We're looking for a confident driver who can handle a transit-sized vehicle and help residents enjoy these activities.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Empowering Independence: Help residents live life their way and achieve personal goals

- Daily Living Support: Assist with personal care, meal prep, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry

- Providing Care: Support with wheelchair assistance, medication, and emotional well-being

Shift Patterns

- Day: 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM

- Day: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

- Day: 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM

- Sleep-In: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Paid to sleep)

Rotas provided in advance for work-life balance.
