Summary

Start 2026 with purpose as a Female Support Worker in Chippenham (SN14)

Location: Chippenham, SN14 (Just a 5-min drive from Chippenham Train Station)
Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Shifts Available:

- Long Day with Sleep-In: 9:00 AM - 9:00 AM (next day)

- Sleep-In: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

- Day (Mon, Wed, Fri): 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

- Day (Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun): 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM with sleep-in

Who Will You Be Supporting?

Two vibrant individuals in their 30s—a gentleman and a lady—each with unique personalities and passions:

- Gentleman: Gamer at heart, loves computer games, enjoys social outings in his car, and actively helps plan events like the South West Summer BBQ and “Everyone Counts.” He has a great sense of humour and thrives on positive, engaging interactions.

- Lady: Caring and chatty, adores animals (especially her cat, Carl), loves singing (big Ed Sheeran fan!), role play, and meaningful conversations. She's working on building and maintaining friendships and would love your support.

Both live with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and hydrocephalus. Support is a mix of 1:1 and 2:1 depending on activities.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Personal Care: Prompting and supporting with dressing and showering

- Promoting Independence: Encouraging choice and autonomy

- Engaging in Activities: Supporting hobbies, social outings, and new experiences

- Building Relationships: Helping maintain and grow social connections

- Team Collaboration: Working closely with a supportive, imaginative team
