Summary


We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and personable Team Administrator to provide first-class administrative services to our Liaison Psychiatry Service.

In this vital role, you’ll:
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing deadlines, targets, and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate and efficient systems for recording patient and client information on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Rio
• Support performance management through effective data handling and compliance with Trust standards.



Your contribution will help us deliver outstanding care and make a real difference to the lives of our service users.

• Act as first point of contact: manage reception, calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and always uphold confidentiality
• Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation
• Manage data entry and updates on RIO and other systems within Trust deadlines
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure Health & Safety compliance
• Support audits, statistical returns, and performance monitoring
