What You’ll Be Doing:
• Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons to meet EHCP targets
• Proactively liaising with parents, external agencies, and therapists
• Monitoring, assessing, and tracking pupil progress with evidence-led strategies
• Cultivating adaptive routines that foster independence and self-esteem
• Developing and leading enrichment initiatives—arts, sport, or STEM—designed for SEN pupils

Ideal SEN Teacher for this Barnet School:
• UK-trained educator with QTS and a minimum of 'Good' references
• Depth of understanding in ASD, ADHD, SLCN, MLD and/or SEMH
• Proven ability to inspire and engage diverse learners creatively
• Collaborative, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
• Experienced SEN Teachers or passionate ECTs ready to make lasting change
