What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the full SEND strategy, ensuring statutory and aspirational provision
• Coordinating and mentoring a talented team of LSAs and specialists
• Collaborating with SLT to embed highly personalised, inclusive teaching
• Developing and quality-assuring EHCPs, interventions, and student timetables
• Engaging families, external agencies, and multidisciplinary partners proactively
