What You’ll Be Doing:
• Immersing yourself in rich, play-based learning with our youngest pupils
• Supporting class teachers to deliver creative, individualised activities
• Observing, recording, and tracking pupil milestones & progress
• Delivering targeted interventions for children with SEND or EAL
• Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and professionals
• Supporting the creation of dynamic learning environments every single day
