Summary

Secondary Supply Teacher – Daily supply across Burwell and surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings.Duties as Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4 subjects
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess and monitor pupil progress in line with national standards
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to whole-school initiatives
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and school policies

Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in secondary settings across a range of subjects
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Secondary Supply Teachers
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils of varying abilities
• Commitment to professional development and pupil welfare
