Are you someone who loves supporting others to live life to the fullest — and enjoys being part of a close, caring team? If so, this role could be a perfect fit for you.
We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Team Leader to guide a small team of Support Workers, supporting one lovely individual in their own home in Cheltenham. They live with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND and Gastroparesis — but that’s only part of their story. They also adore upcycling vintage treasures, getting creative, and spending time in the garden. Your leadership will make sure every day feels meaningful, person-centred and full of the things that bring joy.
✨ What the Role Looks Like
This job is a nice balance:
12 hours a week spent leading and supporting your team — organising rotas, helping colleagues grow, making sure everything is safe and running smoothly
24 hours a week working alongside the team, providing direct, hands-on support and helping create uplifting daily moments
Someone who:
Has experience leading or supervising within health or social care
Is calm, kind and confident making decisions
Understands complex care, allergies, and behaviours that may be challenging
Loves encouraging others and building positive relationships
With over 20 years of experience, we've been supporting people with complex needs across the UK. With 900+ amazing colleagues, you’ll never feel alone — you’ll have guidance, a supportive network and the chance to grow your career while doing something that genuinely matters.
