We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing Enterprise Services function and contribute to the success of key programmes and change initiatives across the Group; focused on improving processes and equipping colleagues with the tools they need to ensure our customers enjoy a ‘best-in-sector' experience when moving into their new home with Platform.
As our Business Analyst you will provide critical analysis services to the organisation by supporting stakeholders around the Group in identifying and documenting requirements, process maps, pain points and benefits. This role is critical to the success of the overall portfolio programme in ensuring the group continues its progress to achieving its Corporate Strategy goals.
What are some of the things we need from you?
-A Lean Six Sigma or similar business analysis qualification or equivalent experience
-Familiar with User Acceptance Testing practices and able to conduct this thoroughly
-Gap analysis, root cause analysis and requirement gathering experience
-Experience of producing As-Is and To-Be process maps using Microsoft Visio
-Experience of creating, analysing, and optimising business process models
-Experience in translating user needs into system requirements
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
-Strong time management and organisational skills, be able to prioritise your workload with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
-Experience of data analysis, data cleansing & data optimisation activities would be beneficial
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park and Central Park, Worcester.
