We will pay you for your training and fund and support you to obtain qualifications you'll need. We'll even reimburse your yearly SSSC registration fees!
To be a great Complex Care Practitioner, you'll need: -

A passion for delivering excellent person-led care and support
Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written)
Numeracy skills to ensure accurate records are kept
The ability and confidence to deal with behaviours that can challenge

It would be great if you also have:-
A full, clean driving license as some of the people we support have their own mobility cars and enjoy going out for drives (but this isn't a deal breaker for the right candidates).
Shift Patterns
Typically, shift patterns will fall between the hours of 0800-2200 hours, but can vary on occasion if the individuals we support have events planned that they'd like to attend. Weekends, public holidays and waking nights will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis. However, we appreciate the importance of a work life balance and offer flexibility where we can.
