Roles & Responsibilities-
Curriculum Crafting: Delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that prioritises language acquisition and "cultural capital" for all learners.

Data-Driven Instruction: Using the Trust's sophisticated tracking systems to identify subtle learning gaps and implementing rapid-response interventions.

Inclusive Leadership: Managing and mentoring classroom support staff to ensure they are utilised effectively for maximum pupil impact.
