You will join a dedicated care team supporting people across S20, including:

Halfway

Mosborough

Westfield

Waterthorpe

Owlthorpe

Beighton

Sothall

We are recruiting:

Female Drivers (Full-time)
Pay, Hours & Bonuses
We offer block pay (not pay-per-call), meaning you're paid from your first visit to your last, with no unpaid gaps.

£12.82 per hour

Mileage: 45p per mile

Full-time hours

Working Pattern
Your contracted hours will follow our set shift patterns:

Early shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Late shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm

You’ll work a fixed 2-week rota, which includes:

Alternate full weekends or

Every Saturday or

Every Sunday

Evenings will be agreed within your working hours.

About the Role
If you have supported someone at home before, you already have the foundation to be an exceptional Care Assistant.

As a Home Care Assistant in S20, you will:

Support people to meet their personal goals and outcomes

Provide personal care while protecting dignity and choice

Promote independence through enabling approaches

Build supportive relationships with families and professionals

Communicate clearly and document important information

Connect people with local services and their community

No professional experience is needed - just empathy, reliability, and a desire to help others.
