Summary
Support Worker
Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes
Pay: £14.00–£16.00 per hour
Shifts: Days, Nights, and Weekends (flexibility required)

About the Role
We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and flexible Support Worker to join our dedicated care team. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.
Whether based in supported living settings or private homes, your work will be essential in empowering individuals to thrive, engage in the community, and feel valued every day.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Support clients on daily walks and outings to encourage independence
Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship
Administer medication safely and monitor client wellbeing
Prepare nutritious meals based on individual dietary needs
Implement and follow behavioural support strategies where required
Ensure a clean, hygienic, and safe environment at all times
Drive clients to appointments and community activities as needed
Maintain accurate records and report concerns to healthcare professionals
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience in supported living or similar care environments
Understanding of Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviours
Confident in managing behaviour and providing appropriate support strategies
PMVA Training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid UK driving licence – essential for transporting clients
