We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a clinical environment, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure that all areas are kept tidy and organised, including communal spaces, restrooms, and kitchens.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order and adequately stocked.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns professionally.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility in working hours may be required based on operational needs.
DBS (enhanced) is a requirement
