Summary

Looking for a new flexible job for 2026 that will give you the chance to shine? If you're caring, patient and flexible with a good sense of humour, we have a great opportunity to join our fabulous #TeamEden in Blairgowrie on a relief basis.

Our relief contracts really give you flexibility; you tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts to fit. Shift patterns for this role do include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers.

Our team and the individual you'll support

You'll be joining a small, friendly team who supports an amazing gentleman who has Autism and lives in his own home.

You'll provide support with all aspects of daily living including cooking, meal planning, housework, finances, prompts with medication and shopping. This gentleman is very active, so we will also need you to be enthusiastic and creative about supporting him with his hobbies and interests which include exploring outdoors, walking and going for drives in his car.

Our relief colleagues play an incredibly important role within our teams. As a relief colleague, you will step in to make sure that we still provide excellent care and support during times of annual leave, training or absence.

About you

You don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us. We recruit on values and transferrable skills. and have our own Training Academy that'll give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!

What we'll need you to bring:-

A caring attitude and approach
Good communication and listening skills
A positive approach to learning
Confidence to lone work
Good team working
An understanding of the importance of following routines and guidelines
Confidence in the use of computers

It would be great if you also have:-

Knowledge of Autism
A full clean driving license
