Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to understand clients' needs and strengths
Develop individualized service plans tailored to each client's situation
Provide counseling to individuals, families, and groups to promote wellness and resilience
Connect clients with community resources and support services
Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive necessary services
Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and confidential case records and documentation
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
Active state licensure as a Social Worker
Strong understanding of social policies and community resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in case management and client advocacy
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Sensitivity to cultural differences and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.26
