About The Role
This is for a waking night position.
As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care during night hours. Every shift brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You’ll play a key part in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Overnight Support

- Provide overnight care and support to individuals with varying needs.
- Ensure safety and well-being throughout the night.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow care plans.

Personal Care & Medication

- Assist with personal care routines.
- Administer or support self-administration of medication.

Individual Outcomes & Wellbeing

- Implement person-centred support plans.
- Promote independence and manage risks.
- Encourage relationships and ensure compliance with legal and best practice standards.

Activity & Lifestyle

- Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles.
- Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.

Communication & Records

- Facilitate effective communication.
- Maintain accurate, person-centred records.

Safety & Environment

- Maintain a safe, clean living environment.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols.

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in care or willingness to train.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the night.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Compassionate and reliable.

Desirable

- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care.
