What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing and managing strategic SEND provision at whole-school level
• Leading, coaching, and inspiring SEN teams and class teachers
• Overseeing EHCPs and ensuring precision delivery of personalised interventions
• Building rich partnerships with parents, outside agencies, and the wider community
• Driving continuous self-evaluation, data analyses, and progress tracking
• Developing and embedding best practice in a culture of collaboration

Ideal SENDCO for this Bexley School:
• UK-trained teacher with substantial SENDCO or inclusion lead experience
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential; NASENCO desirable
• Track record of outstanding SEN impact and progressive practice
• Skilled communicator who motivates, influences, and drives standards
• Passionate about research-led, evidence-based SEND solutions
• Consistently Good or Outstanding lesson observations/references
• Relentless ambition to champion every child’s educational journey
