Overton CE Primary School is a vibrant, inclusive school at the heart of Overton’s village community, welcoming children aged four to eleven.We are a warm, forward-looking and close-knit school community, all working together to fulfil our shared vision of ‘Excellence for All’.

We are looking for an inspiring and values-driven leader who will make a lasting impact on the lives of our children. As our headteacher you will:

• champion a culture of inclusive education, where all children are nurtured and challenged to be their best
• bring a strong vision for the future rooted in an interest in educational innovation
• be an excellent communicator who thrives on working as part of a wider team and is able to build fantastic relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and the wider community
• share our belief, rooted in our Christian values of Love, Hope and Faith, that every child deserves a great education and the ability to flourish, and perhaps most importantly…
• keep ‘Hot Chocolate Fridays’ going (the children have asked for this to be in the ad!).
