Your Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant-
Collaborate with children individually or in small groups to enhance their learning.

Collaborate with fellow staff members, including specialists.

Assist the class teacher in resource preparation and activity setup.

Help prepare a lesson and tidy the classroom afterwards.

Support children across the curriculum and provide assistance with lesson plans.

Give extra support to children with special needs.

Help mark work and report on student progress.

Help look after children during school trips, activities, or if they are unwell.

Attend staff meetings and maintain effective communication.
