Summary
The receptionist will have the ability to perform complex administrative functions and will be responsible for receiving patients and visitors attending outpatient clinics taking ownership of escalated administrative issues where appropriate. The receptionist works in close partnership with medical, nursing and administrative staff to ensure the smooth running of the outpatients department.
