Summary
Job purpose: To oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of a functional training programme for the Clinical Coding department to ensure Clinical Coding accuracy and integrity are maintained at the highest level To be an active member of the Clinical Coding Department covering the management role for the Team Manager when necessary With the Clinical Coding Team Manager and Audit Manager, monitor performance and ensure targets are met within allocated resources and agreed timescales
