Summary
The role will include: 1. Working closely with the community dietitian and the wider hospital dietetic and wider multi-disciplinary teams 2. Supporting timely reviews of dietetic plans. 3. Supporting tube fed patients by using the Fresenius Kabi patient portal 4. Supporting the Dietitian in patient related administrative tasks. 5.
