Summary
We are looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist to work at our pizza shop on weekends.
Working days and hours
Friday and Saturday: 5:00 pm to 09:00 pm
Sunday: Optional, depending on business needs
Key responsibilities
Greet customers at the front counter in a polite and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately, both in person and over the phone
Handle order collection and ensure customers receive the correct orders
Process payments and issue receipts
Answer basic customer queries about the menu and offers
Keep the front counter area clean and organised
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills
Friendly, confident, and well-presented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic cash handling skills
Previous experience in a takeaway, restaurant, or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential
Punctual and dependable
