About the Role:
Our client, a leading organisation within the health and social care sector, is seeking an experienced Team Secretary to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to their Adult Learning Disability Service team based in Omagh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive secretarial support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain efficient office systems, including filing and mail distribution.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally.
- Update and manage client databases and departmental records.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years' administrative/clerical experience OR
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English and Maths OR NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) plus 1 year's admin experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (reasonable adjustments apply).
Desirable:
- Previous secretarial experience in a similar environment.
- Familiarity with PARIS system.
