Summary

Assembly Operatives - Temp to Perm Opportunity

Central Bolton | £12.21 per hour | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm | Temporary with potential for permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Assembly Production Operatives for a long-established, award-winning company based in central Bolton. The business specialises in cable assembly, wiring looms, and control panels for the automotive, aerospace, rail, and security industries.

This is an immediate start opportunity on a temporary to permanent basis, offering long-term prospects within a supportive, family-run organisation.

Key Duties
  • Cable preparation.

  • Crimping.

  • Stripping and snipping wires.

  • PCB work.

  • Heat shrinking.

  • General electrical assembly duties.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a production or assembly environment.

  • Experience soldering electrical components and following wiring diagrams.

  • Ability to work accurately and ensure products are finished to a high standard.

  • Good dexterity for working with small wiring components.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Reliability and commitment are essential.

Full training is provided.
