Crynodeb
Main duties will include working with children and young adults with Mental Health problems, and supporting their families and carers. To provide the best possible service outcomes for the client group and support them to reach their full potential and promoting their independence within the local community.
To support services in fulfilling the statutory functions as laid out in the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (Wales) 2014 and other relevant legislation pertaining to Mental Health Act 1983.
