About Us
We are a newly launching laundry and garment-care business in Bradford, providing professional collection and delivery services for both domestic and commercial customers. As a growing operation, we are building a reliable, customer-focused team from the ground up, with opportunities to grow as the business expands.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for collecting and delivering laundry, wash-dry-fold orders, commercial linen, and dry-cleaning items. As this is a new business, flexibility is important. During quieter delivery periods, you will also be expected to assist with basic in-house laundry duties to support the wider team.
The role requires excellent timekeeping, strong communication skills, and a professional, hands-on attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Complete scheduled collections and deliveries in and around Bradford
Provide excellent customer service at every stop
Handle all items with care, including correct labelling and documentation
Use a mobile app for routes, order updates, and delivery confirmations
Assist in-house with laundry operations during quieter periods, such as:
Sorting and moving laundry bags
Loading/unloading washers and dryers
Folding and packing finished orders
Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and roadworthy
Report any delays, damages, or issues promptly
Requirements
Full UK driving licence (clean or minimal points preferred)
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Confident communicator with good customer-facing skills
Physically able to lift laundry bags and handle garments safely
Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps
Previous delivery experience is helpful but not essential
