Wedding dresses, prom dresses, and formal occasion wear
Designer clothing, suits, jackets, and tailoring
Delicate fabrics including silks, velvets, lace, and beaded or sequinned garments
Selected specialist and household items where suitable
Carry out accurate pre-spotting and stain removal
Recommend appropriate cleaning methods (hydrocarbon, wet cleaning, or escalation)
Follow company procedures for documentation, escalation, and garment handling
Maintain high standards of machine care, solvent safety, and housekeeping
Work closely with management to protect quality, reputation, and customer trust
Essential Experience
Minimum 3+ years hands-on dry-cleaning experience
Direct experience operating hydrocarbon solvent machines
Proven experience handling:
Asian bridal and heavily embellished garments
Wedding, prom, and occasion wear
Suits, jackets, and designer clothing
Colour-sensitive and structured fabrics

City & Guilds or equivalent textile / garment care training
Industry-recognized dry-cleaning or textile care courses
Manufacturer training on hydrocarbon dry-cleaning equipment
COSHH / Health & Safety training relevant to solvent use
Strong practical experience and sound judgement will be considered in place of formal qualifications.
Desirable Skills
Strong stain-removal and spotting knowledge
Experience with wet cleaning (training can be provided)
Background in premium or boutique dry-cleaning environments
Working Hours
Operating hours: 7:00am – 11:00pm
