We are currently seeking skilled Maintenance Operatives to serve the London & Surrey regions.

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused maintenance person with a sharp eye for detail. The role involves performing a variety of general repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting, basic plumbing, flooring, carpentry, patch plastering, and tiling in social housing and private properties.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Self-motivation and initiative
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Foundational knowledge of health and safety regulations
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong work ethic
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• A current DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
