Personal Touch Care Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and organised Care Coordinator to support the smooth running of our domiciliary care services across West Sussex.
This is a key role ensuring excellent care delivery, staff coordination, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling carers and managing rotas
Coordinating care packages and visits
Communicating with service users, families, and staff
Conducting spot checks and field support
Supporting compliance with CQC standards
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
Essential Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
Able and willing to drive across Crawley, Horsham & Burgess Hill
Previous experience in domiciliary care coordination
Strong organisational and IT skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Knowledge of care rostering systems
