Salary: £39,707.00 per annum

We have an opportunity for an experienced Plumber to join a dedicated in-house maintenance team for a leading residential developer and housing association. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, reliable service across social housing properties.

This permanent position covers West London, including Slough, Brent, and Reading, with the opportunity to increase earnings through call outs and out of hours service.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and replacements, including sinks, water tanks, and full bathroom installations, across residential social housing properties.
  • Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues promptly and efficiently, minimising disruption to tenants.
  • Undertaking additional maintenance tasks as required, including basic carpentry, tiling, painting, and patch plastering repairs.
  • Accurately recording all work using mobile devices and/or worksheets, ensuring updates are completed in real time.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (desirable)
  • Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
