Summary

Executive Chef Opening - Park Plaza Waterloo


At Park Plaza, authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. We now have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef at Park Plaza London Waterloo. The hotel features 494 contemporary guest rooms, a vibrant all day restaurant and bar, and six flexible meeting and event spaces with high guest volumes across breakfast, bar, restaurant and M&E operations.


As a Executive Chef, you will receive:

The ideal candidate for the Executive Chef role will:



  • Demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to culinary excellence and consistently high standards.

  • Bring strong expertise in kitchen operations, food safety, cost control, and leading high‑performing teams.

  • Embody our core values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care.

  • Have proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high‑volume, quality‑driven environment.
