Floating Branch Manager - Portsmouth Hampshire
Basic Salary: £30,000 (plus additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months)
Realistic Earnings £50,000 - £60,000
Work Pattern: 5 days per week (includes Saturdays, 2 on, 1 off)
Additional Benefits: 33 days paid holiday (plus an extra day off for your birthday), Holiday Commission, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards, Structured Career Path, Financial sponsorship for EA qualifications, Employee Assistance Scheme,

**Previous Estate Agent experience is essential for this position **
The Job:
As a Floating Branch Manager, you’ll cover holidays, vacancies, and sickness across the Portsmouth area. You’ll take full responsibility for providing exceptional service to customers, motivating the team, and boosting business performance.
Leading morning meetings and coaching sessions
Generating new business and identifying leads
Valuing properties and showcasing them for the best possible results
Staying on top of market trends and building a reputation as an expert
What we are looking for:
A passion for building relationships and turning valuations into listings and sales
Leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams
Drive, ambition, and the ability to work under pressure
Enthusiasm for helping people find their dream homes
