Summary
We are looking for dedicated and empathetic support workers to join our team in providing exceptional home-based care. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing the quality of life of our clients, particularly those with specific needs such as dementia or requiring assistance with daily activities.
Key Responsibilities include and are not limited to;
1.Providing personal care assistance.
2.Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines.
3.Assist with mobility and perform necessary lifting.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications and Skills include:
1.Previous experience in care or related field preferred.
2.Care certification is desirable.
3.Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
4.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client's homes.
