Pennine Lodge is a 70 bed Registered Care Home and provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter term care.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in spectacular new developed residential care services.
Regulatory Compliance is at the heart of everything we do.
We require someone special, who possesses a genuine commitment to providing high quality nursing care. Pennine Lodge requires an imaginative and enthusiastic Registered Nurse, who possess the ability to continue to develop our loyal staff team as well as integrating our hospitality care and social activity events within the local community.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in leadership within the care home sector, and will be able to demonstrate: -
· The ability to lead, support, train and develop people, further empowering our dedicated caring team.
· Is able to work in collaboration with other professionals’, and agencies within the local community, who will be able to implement effective health care and social care systems and practices.
· Maintaining the highest standards throughout all services, ensuring a comfortable fulfilling life style experience for all who choose to live in our care home. in such a way that Beaumont House will be recognised as an outstanding care home service in every possible way.
· Valid NMC PIN is essential.
· Shifts will be 8-8 on a rota basis including weekends
