Summary
Supports the example set by the senior sisters/charge nurses to act as a senior nurse providing organisation managerial support to the multi-professional team To provide the highest standard of individualised and holistic patient care, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team. The post holder will work within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, trust policies, guidance and procedures to ensure safe working practice of self and others. The post involves taking charge of the ED when required to do so
