Summary
Crown Care Group are an established Operator and Developer of Care Homes for the elderly, with a strong reputation for delivering luxurious surroundings, facilities, in purpose built, high quality, design led care homes; and which are CQC highly rated.
Pennine Lodge is a 70 bed Registered Care Home and provides an excellent standard of residential care for the elderly, including nursing and dementia care as well as shorter term care.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Care Home for those who aspire to “really make a difference” to the lives of older people that have chosen to live in spectacular new developed residential care services.
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant.
Qualification ideally Basic Food Hygiene Certificate to level 2 or 3. Experience working within Care Homes, Schools and Hotels/Guest Houses would be desirable.
Key Tasks
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen, dining and storage areas.
To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of Crown Care Group.
To ensure all dining and Bistro areas are kept tidy, set up and well stocked with food, beverages, cutlery and crockery.
Help with special events.
Ensure correct menus for each day are available and displayed throughout the home on stands and tables.
To maintain appropriate workflow in the kitchen by assuring prompt clearing and washing of dishes, crockery, pots and pans.
