Your responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional advice before, during, and after the purchase.
Actively sell our products and accessories across a wide range of product categories.
Present our solutions with enthusiasm and inspire customers with new ideas.
Proactively approach customers and handle enquiries in person and by phone.
Manage telephone enquiries and process customer cases from initial contact through to resolution.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer requests efficiently.
Document enquiries, cases, and solutions accurately in the system.
Support the presentation and maintenance of the showroom and point of sale.
Help create a welcoming, professional shopping environment.
Your profile / Skills
Previous kitchen or catering experience.
Good computer skills.
Enjoy working directly with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Hands-on, proactive, and well-organised approach to work.
Passion for consulting and selling commercial kitchen equipment.
Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Motivated, open-minded, and a strong team player.
Good technical understanding and confident communication skills.
Languages
