Summary
Proposals Engineer required to take responsibility for the end to end proposal process including, quotations, bid and tender response.
Key skills
HNC, HND or Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or Process, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with Commercial and Technical review processes ideally in an Oil and Gas technical sales role.
IT skills, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
Control systems DCS or SCADA or PLC.
Drawing packages such as AutoCAD and MS Visio.
Customer focus on internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Preparation of Engineering proposals for products and services.
Interpretation of external technical specifications into a compliant technical proposal.
Price propositions within companies??? strategies on sales and marketing, charge out rates and engineering resources.
Single point of contact for client.
