Summary

You’ll be joining an experienced team on an existing flagship site spanning 200+ units. You’ll be working under an experienced Senior Site Manager who’s been in the business years but is still young and forward thinking. Your site will be 68 traditional build apartments split over three blocks of 12, 12 and 44 for a Housing Association (Rent to Buy).Everything is in very good shape on the overall site, as mentioned my conversations with the Quality Inspector have said that this is the best site in the company in terms of quality and organisation.
And on top of hyperbolic ONCE IN A LIFETIME headline, there is actually a REALLY GOOD opportunity for you to start on one of their best schemes, and not only will having worked on a large 250 unit residential scheme look great on your CV, the contractor are bringing a disused part of the canal back into the public realm – this is technically challenging but already looks great – alongside several acres of new woodland and walkways joining up the area. It's a flagship project for a reason.
