Summary

The post holder will have excellent communication skills and have an ability to deal with potentially difficult and highly emotive situations in a sensitive manner. It is essential to have basic IT skills and previous experience working with CERNER, clinical examination and non-medical prescribing experience will be an advantage Although seeking a current band 7 with the essential criteria we would be accepting of a current band 6 level with most of the essential criteria with a keen willingness of working towards other aspects of the essential criteria. This would be reflective in the pay to start off with.
