Summary
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and supervise the team members, offering direction, encouragement, and coaching to guarantee the success of the team.
2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service assistants.
3. Respond to customer complaints and escalated inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
4. Determine trends and areas for improvement by analyzing data and customer input.
5. Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
6. Record and keep up-to-date customer service methods, guidelines, and best practices.
7. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other essentials are adequately stocked.
