What You’ll Be Doing:
• Raising achievement by delivering targeted small group and 1:1 support sessions in French and/or Spanish
• Collaborating closely with the MFL teaching team to refine lesson content and devise innovative activities
• Working with EAL and SEN students, adapting your communication and scaffolding approaches
• Championing a vibrant, supportive classroom atmosphere to foster confidence in speaking and listening
• Assisting with school-wide language projects, international days, and cultural enrichment trips
• Monitoring and tracking pupil progress, providing actionable insights to teachers
