Your Role
As Front Office Manager, you’ll be the face of Fraser Suites Edinburgh, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for. You’ll:
- Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain our high standards.
- Uphold company policies and security requirements while fostering a warm, service-oriented environment.

- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- A hands on attitude with attention to detail.
